Wir waren 4 Monate in Carcassonne. Die Unterkunft war für einen so langen Aufenthalt gut geeignet und hat alles für das tägliche Leben. Es ist recht geräumig für 2 Personen. Die Internet-Versorgung war hervorragend. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück! Vieles konnten wir zu Fuß erledigen: in ein paar Minuten waren wir in La Cité, der Festungsstadt, mit vielen interessanten und guten Restaurants. In der Nähe ist auch ein sehr guter Bäcker/Konditor und ein kleiner Supermarkt. La Bastide, das "moderne" Carcassonne, mit den vielen kleinen Geschäften und dem belebten Platz im Zentrum ist vielleicht 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Zug (Bahnhof ca. 30 min zu Fuß entfernt) waren wir schnell in Toulouse, Narbonne ... Wir haben uns bei Maria Elena und in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns bei allen Fragen immer wieder schnell und aktiv unterstützt. Ein Dankeschön auch an Daniel!

This location is perfect for visiting the old city, at most a 5-minute walk to the main gate. This may be one of the best Airbnb choices so convenient to the old city. The unit was as described, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We found it to be very comfortable. Another valuable feature is it has parking in the private drive to the apartment. Public parking is expensive so if you have a car this is a big plus.

Maison super agréable, bien située, propre. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Terrasse privative. Vue sur la cité de deux des chambres. Tout était parfait.

We were pleasantly surprised how large the home was. There was only 3 of us, so much personal space, and having the 2 baths were the best part. The pool was my favorite, she heated it so we could swim every day. The kitchen had all the supplies you needed and the TV was full of programs if you needed to watch. Her place is walking distance to the plaza and. you can walk to grocery store and bakery. Nice to have the garage if you have a car. Just a special visit overall, and short drive to Carcasonne Castle area. She had a property manager to come by for issues that may arise, and a great maid to help us when things needed clarification. Great spot, worth the price! Felicia

Villa Minolia is a beautiful, large house- exactly as pictured on website with great comfortable beds, air conditioning, smart TV and every possible kitchen utensil and appliance provided. Lovely outdoor area with plenty of seating, bbq and small but warm pool. Supermarket & patisserie within 3 minute walk. Only 10/ 15 minutes walk to town square in centre and about 10 more to impressive castle and Cité de Carcassonne. Carcassonne is a beautiful place to relax, have something to eat & drink and people watch. Maria was an excellent host; gave great clear instructions and was extremely responsive to answering questions, accommodating late check-out and assisting with ordering taxis etc. Must also mention Liseth and Daniel who were extremely helpful to us!! Had a great relaxing stay, would definitely recommend😊
